We are hiring an automotive mechanic at our Miami, Florida vehicle repair shop and/or service center.
Automotive Mechanic Job in Florida
Qualifications
- Master Technician : has 5 year or more of auto repair experience and possesses A1-A8 ASE certifications
- Technician A: has the following ASE certifications A1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, and G1
- Technician B: has auto repair experience in suspension, steering, alignment services, cooling system, and brake services
- Technician C: has basic auto repair experience in suspension, brake services and basic electrical
- Valid Driver’s License
- Flexibility to work on a retail schedule which includes evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Experience in Tires and Lube
- No criminal background (check is mandatory)
- At least 18 years old
- Drug screening is done pre-employment
Responsibilities
- Conducting vehicle inspections in readiness for mechanical services
- Carrying out automotive repairs
- Carrying out tire repairs and installations
- Performing scheduled automotive maintenance services on cars
- Receiving and stocking inventory
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the manager
